5/07 Riverlands Migratory Bird Sanctuary

Riverlands Migratory Bird Sanctuary • Columbia Bottom Conservation Area

Received a phone call about two Marbled Godwits and an American Avocet at the Riverlands Migratory Bird Sanctuary and was out the door in no time. The Godwit is my 280th bird species photographed in Missouri.

Really great photo conditions, NOT, over 500 yards out there with a 25-30 mph buffering wind. Need I say documentation photos only.

A few of the birds seen, complete set and larger sizes in gallery. Click here to view the gallery.
