Maramac Spring Park

Our granddaughter is visiting from Japan and she wanted to go trout fishing.
Her favorite place is Maramac Spring Park so that's where we went.

This is what Riverlands Migratory Bird Sanctuary (RMBS/Riverlands) looked like on 5/01/19.
On 5/07 the flood peaked at ~34.4, 21 feet over the flood stage.

Photos above were shot from Riverlands Way on the levee just east of Heron Pond.
The rails and bitterns were found in marsh below, close to the road.
